• Participate at your own risk: Dancing involves physical exertion and movement that carries a risk of personal injury. By participating in our courses, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself.

• Not medical advice: The content on ZoukNerds is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new physical activity, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries.

• Liability: ZoukNerds, its instructors, and its owners shall not be held legally liable for any physical injuries, damages, or losses incurred while practicing the material taught on this platform.

Unless otherwise stated, ZoukNerds owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this platform. This includes all course videos, text, graphics, and resources.

You may:

• Access and view the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not:

• Republish, record, or download material from ZoukNerds (unless a specific download button is provided).

• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from ZoukNerds.

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from ZoukNerds to share with others or post on other websites (including social media) without explicit permission.

• Share your account login details with another person.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized sharing of your account details.

• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

ZoukNerds includes community features (such as comments and forums) to foster a positive, supportive environment for dancers.

• We reserve the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Harassment, hate speech, and spam will result in an immediate ban from the platform without a refund.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, sales are considered final. However, this does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Refunds will only be provided in the event of a "major failure" as defined by the ACL (e.g., if the digital content is fundamentally flawed or technically inaccessible for an extended period).

• Subscriptions: Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. If you purchase a recurring subscription, you agree that your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You must cancel your subscription before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

ZoukNerds strives to provide uninterrupted access to our courses. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time. We are not liable for any temporary platform downtime due to technical maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond our control. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
